Freshly painted, new shower , wood floors, split A/C with heat upstairs , ceiling fans in each room with a remote control. both rooms have a good size closet space. Hallway also has linen closet space. There's a washer and dryer hookups in the apt. As for parking you can park one car in the garage or the outside of the parking space. There's also a nice courtyard. Very convenient walking distance to downtown Monrovia and the shopping center with all ethnic foods available, a big super market in the same area. Also new windows dbl pain to deflect noise and sun rays blocking the heat. You must supply ur own fridge. Only a stove is supplied
