BGE budget billing $167/month. Basement:french drain, sump pump with a new deep cycle battery to operate the back up motor. Washer/dryer new within year. Entire house including the furnace and water heater are under a warranty through September 2009. Neighborhood Description My house is on the very edge of Homeland (I pay $130 in home association fees per year.) It is 3 mintues away from Notre Dame college, 6 minutes from Loyola college and 5 minutes from all private schools in Roland Park. The affordability of my home and it's proximity to private schools may make it afforadable for someone to send their child there and not break the bank.
