Cozy private bedroom with big closet, for 1 PERSON only. Share bathroom with another male housemate. You will have access to the kitchen for minimal to light cooking only, free laundry, easy street parking, wifi, etc. All utilities are included. House cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the shared restroom and the rest of the house at no additional charge. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful working person, with a stable income, to rent the room out long-term. We have 2 small children so you will need to be ok and comfortable with kid noises around the house. We are a friendly and easy-going family. Please: NO smoking, vaping, drug, pets, heavy alcohol, overnight visitors. The house is super close (walking distance) to grocery stores, Target, restaurants, entertainment, Freeway 5 and 91, etc. Really convenience! All utilities are included.
