There is brand new bathroom flooring and a new AC unit. It's $575 a month ($100 less than it's typically leased for). The building is pet friendly and has a courtyard grill for cookouts in the warm weather! Gas, water, and heat are all included (you only pay electric). Hy-Vee, Target, Walmart, Aldi, and lots of restaurants are walkable since it is a couple blocks west of Duff Ave. There is a bus stop right outside that is on the blue route, which goes through campus.
