The roof has recently been upgraded with new flashing, tar paper, sealed gutters, and all damaged tiles have been replaced, then the roof was steam-cleaned. Throughout the yard are new sod, planters of trees, shrubs, and flowers that are low maintenance. New irrigation systems were installed with drip irrigation in combination with water-saving sprinklers and timers. New Wrought Iron fences were installed on three sides of the property. Three car garage has two windowed, aluminum doors with separate electric openers.
