It is a fully furnished room with walnut-color Pergo flooring and closet space. Deposit is one month's rent. Laundry room and pool on site, flexible month-to-month lease (we hope tenant can stay for 6 months to a year). Room is 9x12, plus extra closet space with shelves. Full bath with shower. You are welcome to use all of my cookware and cleaning products (pots/pans/plates/brooms/etc). We're 3 miles away from SDSU campus or 1.5 miles to the trolly station that will take you to campus. Near Costco, Grossmont Center and Mission Valley for shopping, only 7-10 miles away from downtown San Diego. Ample street parking if you have a car. Ask for Maya No smoking allowed inside, no pets, no loud hobbies (drums, etc). We are considerate of others and ask for the same. Month-to-month lease, we hope for 6 months minimum.
