In January of 2010 my husband and I had this experience when we met Kodi Riddle. How many realtors do you know who research each and every new listing in a specific geographic area to determine it the property has an existing mortgage? Kodi did. How many realtors do you know would contact the listing agent of above properties without mortgages to determine if the owner would consider owner financing? Kodi did. In December of 2009, just before Christmas, we received what was to become the first of many foreclosure notices. I was pacing the floor, attempting to figure out some solution to our housing predicament, when I ran across an ad posted by Kodi. Kodi worked diligently for us. She researched owner financed properties, and worked to push the short-sale of our existing property through the bank. It took 16 months to get the short-sale completed. Kodi was right there by our side the entire time. She Hung in There when anyone else would have thrown in the towel. Kodi is a full-time, dedicated professional who we would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for real estate. I am so glad that we found her. With her help, we found a lovely home in Tatum Ranch. My husband, our four dogs, and I have lived here for just under 2 years.
