You would be responsible for a washer and dryer, the yards, utilities, and changing the AC filter. It's located about 100 yds off hwy 279, on a fairly decent dirt road. There is a semicircular drive through the yard. There is a large storage building with electricity. The house was recently renovated with a new deck, windows, roof, kitchen cabinets, etc. Great find, if you can stand all the peace and quiet:) $2700 to rent plus after a credit (doesn't have to be perfect)/ background check
