In my opinion: Zillow's historical "zestimates" have been been manipulated to reflect artificially low prices. Zillow's historical price graph here has been artificially modified on this property. As this owner has watched this website many years. Also, property lines shown here are off by at least 50 feet throughout the neighborhood. As the owner, I find this site's valuation estimates and property lines to be completely unreliable, in my honest opinion.
