Our home is located on a beautiful block and convenient to schools, shops, laundrymat, parks, buses in NJ and to NYC. It is a two family home that is well taken care of and neighbors are caring. Brick home and well insulated with easy to clean windows. This unit is the upstairs unit although the downstairs unit (higher rent) will be ready in about two months time. The kitchen has wood cabinets (real wood), stove and refrigerator stainless steel (like new condition) and bathroom is tiled in retro colors with new faucet and sink cabinet and a new mirror. Rooms are spacious with great windows and light. We have curtains up, new blinds, and some furniture for storage in the unit. The bedroom has three windows and a nice carve out to bring in the charter of the place, along with a closet and carpeting. The office has a window, with carpet. The Kitchen is spacious and the dinning area is right off the Kitchen, with two windows. The bathroom is supper retro with new items for ease. The porch is shared but beautiful wood with windows all around for the nice summer breeze with no bugs! The garage space keeps your car clean and safe, along with the driveway spot in front of the garage space. Our town has no parking overnight. The garage has space for storage/bikes. Renter pays for all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet, cable, etc...) Driveway has one car spot and garage has one car spot with some room for storage. Share screened in porch with downstairs tenant. This home is a two family home, one block from buses, downtown stores, and laundry place. No Pets will be allowed due to allergies. We know your pet is special, but not something we will negotiate on. A small room is for Office use only. Is not considered or can be used for a bedroom. No exceptions.
