This is a classic older home. Just painted inside with new carpet in bedrooms. Balance of floors are sheet vinyl or wood. True to the classic way of building, the kitchen has lots of space and cabinet space with a pantry cabinet. There is a laundry room at the back entry with an unusual amount of cabinet storage. There are washer and dryer hook up. We have put in new mini splits for air conditioning. As advertised, they are supposed to be the most economical way for central air. Great size for a family. All rooms have new ceiling fan lights. Ceilings are tall. It's a fun place. The Lease minimum is one year. Tenant pays all utilities, electric, water, sewer and garbage. This is a no smoking residence. Tenant maintains yard. If you have your own refrigerator and/or stove, you may use them. There is lots of room. If not, they will be provided and new. We don't require renter's insurance, but recommend it. Right now there is only had one exterior picture and one of the laundry room, will have more photo's later as needed. There is space for two cars on a concrete driveway.
