There is a nice covered patio in the back yard to relax and enjoy the pool. The property will be available at the beginning of April. I require first and last month rent at move in. The cost of pool maintenance and gardening are covered by the owner and all other utilities expenses are covered by the tenant. Each adult tenant is required to provide current bank and paystub and the there is also a 25 dollar fee for background verification. Owner pays for pool maintenance and gardener. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities including water trash and sewer.
