A private deck is huge on two sides of the house. A front deck with two steps is a lovely entrance. Japanese maples and plantings will be added gradually as the owner can, but the goal is to keep the yard low maintenance and natural. A circular driveway of gravel is there and I'm told by the builder that a few heavy rains will compact the dirt and dust and clean it up. I'm looking for a great tenant guest for a year or more to enjoy my home. I will convert it into a weekly or longer rental possibly later on.
