All property owners and their guests have access to the Opequon for fishing, tubin, or canoeing. Greystone is approximately 1 1/2 miles from the Potomac River at the mouth of the Opequon. The community is about twelve years old and is home to people from all areas of the country and of all ages. Our private roads are paved and provide 4 1/2 miles of bikeriding or walking in a quiet environment. The Spring Mills schools are rated 5 star; there are also excellent private schools in the area for K-12 education. All properties are a minimum of 5 acres, with many larger lots in the neighborhood. We have a neighborhood association that meets annually to decide our direction. There is also an annual Halloween Hayride on Halloween; almost 100 residents join in the fun.
