Property is located on a beautiful residential block and offers off-street parking as well as convenient access to public transportation. Apartment features thermostatically controlled central air/heating systems, new windows, as well as wall-to-wall carpeting throughout. Unit has spacious closets. On-site coin-operated laundry located on ground level. The rent is $750 plus electricity. Everything in the apartment is electric. The apartment is close to U of Penn campus. I myself work at UPenn and walk everyday to work. Also in front of the apartment there's a stop for U of Penn shuttle. Rental terms: apartment can be available starting September 1st. If you need to move in earlier then I can be flexible. The renting company is New Horizons Housing: http www.newhorizonshousing.com . You would have to make an application through them ($25 application fee) and sign a lease through them. In order to reserve the apartment they require security deposit, first and last months rent (each $750).
