Washer and dryer in home. Parking available for 2 vehicles maximum 1 dedicated, covered spot and 1 open space in the lot. Parking passes will be required with 1 included in the reservation. An additional pass can be purchased for $25. Each guest will need to sign a waiver before arrival. Mid stay cleans are available. There is an optional $100 boat slip fee.
