Property is currently rented, so please do NOT disturb the tenants. Main house is a three bed, two bath. Living room, family room, formal dining room, and single car garage. House has a well on the property and septic. Tenant is required to rent their own propane tank as it only supplies the main house. PGE is billed to the tenant from the owner monthly. House currently has a brand new AC/heater and new gutters. PGE is split between the two units at 1/3 & 2/3 until separate meters can be installed (hopefully by end of year). Trash pickup is a requirement. Propane tank rental and usage are the responsibility of the tenant in this unit as it only supplies this units gas heater. Washer and Dryer come with the unit.
