The entire apartment was renovated in the fall of 2016 and this unit has only had one tenant. We are happy to paint any rooms in the apartment that need touch ups since the last tenants have been there for over 3 years. The rent is $1,600 a month, plus utilities which you will need to set up in your name. The property is managed by a management company, Venture Property Management LLC, they manage any maintenance requests, collecting monthly rents, etc. We require first, last, and security deposit but can work with you to pay first & security in the first month and then second and last in the second month. Pets are considered, must have own insurance for your pets. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. Side yard as well. One year lease for first floor apartment, first, last, and security. Gas and Electric paid by tenant. Owner pays water and sewer. Credit check and application required.
