This beautiful and spacious cabin is perfect for your next getaway, whether you're planning a family ski trip, leaf-peeping adventure, or a weekend away with friends. Ideally located just minutes away from Windham Mountain, you can hit the slopes in no time and experience the best of what the mountains have to offer. Guests are expected to do dishes and take shoes off at the door. Late checkout after the time on your reservation will result in a $250 fee unless authorized in writing at least 24 hours before the checkout time. If you checkout over 1 hour late, you will also be charged the undiscounted day rate as a late checkout fee. The maximum number of guests allowed during a stay is the number on your reservation, and you must inform us of how many guests will be staying during your visit when you book. Renters must be 30 and up, and for security purposes, a copy of your photo ID and a list of all guest full names and ages must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking. No parties or events may take place on the property. If you exceed the number of guests on the reservation, an extra guest fee of $250 for each additional person will be charged, and an additional fee of $500 will be charged to cover the cleaning time needed after a party. The property is smoke-free, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room smoked in. Please avoid excessive noise to not disturb the neighbors, with quiet hours between 10pm-6am.
