Congratulations on your impending move! I think you have found your new home! This spacious and modern apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area, a kitchen, and a personal deck. The apartment is on the top floor (no noisy neighbors!), is pet-friendly (fee required), and has gorgeous views. You have guaranteed free parking, free laundry, and are walking distance from great restaurants and public transit! BEDROOM: Large bedroom could easily fit queen or king-sized bed. Mine now holds a full-sized bed and three sets of dresser-drawers in addition to its sizable closet. (And I still have room to do yoga!). KITCHEN: The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, full-sized pantry, large refrigerator, and abundant cabinet space. There is natural light provided by a kitchen window, and there is plenty of room for both an entry table AND a kitchen table! BATHROOM: The large bathroom has a washer and dryer located discretely in a substantial closet. The vanity/sink area is long and has a lot of storage underneath. There is a new combined shower and bathtub, which is great for relaxing after long days! LIVING AREA: The living area is also spacious! I fit an entire wall-unit with a large flat-screen television, an ottoman, a full-sized sofa, and a full-sized desk. Instead of a desk, you could easily fit another sofa! Great for entertaining on game-days or kicking-back for movie nights at home. DECK: Full sliding glass doors provide beautiful natural light for the living area. The deck is roomy enough for comfortable outdoor furniture and a small grill. I have a full garden growing on mine! The gorgeous view from the deck is the best part of the apartment (in my opinion). You can see houses far into the distance, mountains, farmland, and cows grazing in the distance! FURNISHINGS: This apartment comes unfurnished, but I would be willing to sell the wall-unit, bed, and dressers (all black, modern furniture) at a very reasonable price if you're interested! I wish I could stay here! But I am moving out of state earlier than expected for a job, and need to rent my apartment beginning on or after May 16th (must move in or sign leasing paperwork in May). This property is controlled by a local rental agency, but I am managing the re-let. You can sign a full lease with them during May, as well.
