Looking for one or two people to come take over my lease at Malvern Manor. I have all but moved out of this two room apartment and would like to find replacement tenants as opposed to just terminating the lease. Located in building 43 right next to the gym and salt water pool. The outdoor common space includes patio furniture and poolside grills. There is a area with a massive kitchen and pool tables for entertaining. Check out the website at www.MalvernManor.com for all the amenity details and floor plan. The apartment is a Grove floor plan with an updated kitchen. The lease goes until September 25th which could of course be renewed and the rate is $1388 a month. This rate is less than the typical fluctuating rates that are currently quoted by the leasing office. Malvern includes water, sewage and trash at roughly $125 a month in addition to the base rent. After including utilities my roommate and I paid between $895 and $905 a piece each month (includes base rent, water, sewage, trash, power, gas, electric, internet). Pets are ok but you'd have to discuss with the management first as there is a pet fee. While the internet is still in my name, I can transfer it over to you or just terminate the service if desired. I have included the photos from the model that are featured on the website as well as a picture of our kitchen to highlight the upgraded cabinets and counter tops.
