Classic updated apartment on first floor of owner-occupied two family in East Arlington. Short walk to Alewife T station, shops on Mass Ave, Minuteman Bikeway, etc. Living room, dining room, sun room with fireplace, bath, two bedrooms. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer included. The boiler is in the tenants ' portion of the basement (not sure why Zillow is saying "wall furnace). Renters are responsible for gas and electric, owner pays for water. We prefer that renters park on the street, which (in principle) requires an Arlington on-street parking permit. (In practice, our renters have not paid the fee, with little consequence. Of course, on snow days etc. folks can park in the driveway.) We have a very friendly medium-sized dog (she is somewhat alpha but generally gets along well with other dogs). We are interested in good neighbors, and will check references and employment details.
