The garage includes an Ikea Hejne wooden shelving system along one side and pegboard installed on the opposite wall for additional tool storage. Attic access is available via pull-down stairs in the garage along with a scuttle hole in the primary bedroom walk-in closet. A DirecTV satellite dish is installed in the side yard behind the fence with MetroNet internet service connected (previously serviced by AT&T internet service). The home is wired for a security camera system with audio (NOTE: installed Night Owl system will be removed; BNC wiring will remain). There is a 30 Amp power inlet box along with a GE interlock kit installed at the electrical panel in the garage for connection of a portable generator.
