Washer/dryer facilities, television and internet are available in the Common House fifty feet away. West Asheville is a vibrant center of activity with restaurants, cafes, music, shopping, coffee shops, yoga studios, library, grocery store and weekly farmer's market. This townhome is available from mid-June through September 30. You have the option to buy at the end of the lease or rent month-to-month till it is sold.
