Want to sublet a pretty room in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in an accessible part of Waltham. There are regular buses going to Boston, and Brandeis is about half an hour walk. Close to bars and restaurant and the hustle bustle of Moody st.The room that I want to sublet is one of the bigger rooms, in a 3 bedroom apartment, and has a nice patio which is great for summer. There is a good size wardrobe and dresser.The rental is $600 incl utilities for the month of april. Wireless, heat, water and electricity included. If you want it slightly later, I am able to pro-rate the rental. I need to move to a different city for the month, so that is why I am trying to rent it out.The apartment is is a location off Moody St in Waltham, very close to Brandeis University. Currently being shared by three female graduate students. We are all easy going and friendly, and like to keep the place clean. am looking for someone who is responsible and clean, since its mainly for a month.The house is in an accessible part of the town.
