Located in what longtime Capitol Hill residents describe as the most livable part of the Hill, Casa Nita is situated at the North End, away from freeway noise and the lively party scene. With an impressive walk score of 94 out of 100, everything you need is just a few blocks away, including an excellent grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops all within a few blocks. Successful applicants will need to meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and income-to-rent ratios. Applicants must show up on time for a scheduled showing or send prior notice that they will be late or need to reschedule. Credit reports will be required for all applicants, as well as a verifiable source of income (e.g., employment with two months of recent pay stubs or other). Leasing Criteria include no bankruptcies, prior evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports will not be accepted.
