Close enough to the city to not be a long drive, but far enough to feel like a retreat! The cabin: There is level parking/entry to home- no long stairway to get to front door! But there are stairs to get down to the bedrooms once you're inside. Living room, dining room, 1/2 bath and kitchen are entry level, as well as sliding door out to upper deck, which connects to middle and lower deck (also accessed by master bedroom). In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are downstairs (stairs and downstairs bedrooms are carpeted). Hot tub on middle deck is surrounded by trees, private and relaxing. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C & heat, Smart TV, bluetooth soundbar speaker. No smoking allowed. Utilities will be paid by tenant. Property is currently furnished, but can be made unfurnished if that is the tenant's preference. Rent will be the same either way.
