Each bedroom is individually keyed for safety and privacy and the exterior doors have a separate key. The common area is cleaned bi-weekly. Residents are responsible for cleaning their bedrooms and for picking up after themselves in the common areas. Water/Trash/Sewer/Electric/Lawn Care are included with the rent. Residents are responsible for taking the trash to the curb. Residents do NOT have access to the shed in the backyard. House rules apply. Violation of the house rules will result in terminating the lease agreement immediately.
