Kaiolu Sunrise is the perfect Waikiki vacation. This is the kind of place that I always wanted to stay in when traveling to Honolulu. A small building only 11 floors high, very clean and ideally located 3 blocks from the world famous Waikiki beach. This location is minutes away from restaurants and great shopping opportunities. This is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit that comfortably sleeps 4 people and includes a full kitchen with utensils, cookware and dishes, TV / ceiling fans / air conditioning (in bedroom), a big walk in closet and a designated parking space. Our favorite thing to do is to greet the rising sun early in the morning on the large lanai (105 sq. feet) while having breakfast above the quiet street below. A bus stop that connects you to 9 different lines that bring you throughout Honolulu is a block away. Long term Tenant 6-12 months pays for electric,cable and internet. 30 Day rental ok.
