I'm renting a private master bedroom with adjoining bathroom in a house shared with 3 other roommates. Laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces. I live on the property, but in an add on that's split from the main house. Looking for someone clean and respectful. No smoking, drugs or alcohol. Room is furnished with bed, tv, nightstand, and dresser. Carpet in the room and walk-in closet and tile in the bathroom. In walking distance of grocery store and gas station. -LATE FEES & BAD CHECKS: In the event that rent is not paid within four (4) days after the due date, TENANT shall pay a late fee of 8% of the monthly rent -DRUGS, TOBACCO, AND ALCOHOL: Smoking, use of illegal drugs, and drinking of alcoholic beverages is absolutely forbidden in or around these premises. Violation of this term will constitute grounds for immediate termination of the lease agreement. -SECURITY DEPOSIT: Non-refundable
