Strasser Landing is a great complex that was built in 2010. The units come with a full size washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and the standard refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal. Our company pays for trash, snow removal, pest control, and lawn care. Tenants are responsible for water and electricity. It is a pet friendly property with restrictions. We allow one cat and one dog or two cats. They must be under 35 lbs, over 9 months of age, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. The pet deposit is equal to half a month s rent with $150 being nonrefundable for the pet privilege fee. Pet rent is $25 a month.
