WE ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHER & SUBSIDIES: We welcome PHA tenants and subsidy applicants. Unit 1M is a large 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment equipped with modern appliances, hardwood floors, and a washer and dryer hook-up. Tenants are welcome to provide their own washer and dryer. We provide our tenants with an extra layer of security by the coded gate to get into the building. Freshly painted walls. Please reach out to us with any questions. Approved tenant is required to pay the security deposit to secure the unit, along with the first month's rent and last month's rent, prior to move-in. The renter is responsible for use of electricity and water. We do not allow short-term stays, minimum 12-month lease. Smoking in or outside of the property is strictly prohibited. We will allow up to one cat. If the tenant provides their own washer/dryer, it is the tenant's responsibility to pay for all repairs including flooding. We also accept PHA vouchers.
