This home has two stories with access points to the top level both internal and external to the house. Upstairs is the kitchen, a living room, a deck with a picnic table overlooking the front of the house, a bedroom, and a full bath with a walk-in shower and laundry room. The first level features two bedrooms, a second living room area with a pool table, and a full bathroom with a tub. The backyard is fully fenced and features a spacious patio, propane grill, bar seating, hot tub, outdoor table and chairs, and fire pit. Digital lock on the primary entrance downstairs. Codes will be sent out two days prior to check-in. Parking for two in the driveway. Our neighborhood is quiet and very close to several cute shops and restaurants in downtown Woodland Park. We really enjoy Cafe Leo Coffee Shop and Memorial Park. We are located 12 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, 17 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 20 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. 4x4 or AWD is recommended for winter/snowy months (November-May). No Air Conditioning- Like the majority of houses located in the Colorado mountains, we do not have air conditioning. A few open windows and some fans should keep things nice and cool for you. Dog Friendly - Well-behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Also please clean up after they use the restroom and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can by the garage in the backyard. We apologize, but we are NOT allowing CATS at this time NO smoking or vaping inside the apartment (smoking fees along with damage fees may occur if the home smells of smoke) For stays 30 nights and longer we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights the insuance cost will be $370 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80 up to 5 months then will be $6 per additional night past 5 months (149+ nights). -Owner is responsible for all utilities -Will allow up to 2 well behaved dogs NO other pets allowed (fees will occur if there is pet damage upon departure) -No smoking of ANY kind is allowed -No Street parking allowed due to city ordinance -Quite hours 10pm-8am -No disruptive parties allowed -Broken items will be charged to tenets at value of the item
