This one-bedroom unit has a spacious living room area which connects the kitchen and is split by an island where guests can sit and eat. The bedroom is located behind the wall of the living room and is adjacent to the walk-in closet which leads to the bathroom. The bathroom has a wide walk-in shower with tall glass doors with a waterfall faucet above in the roof so the water falls from directly above you. The finishes are all marble and includes top of the line appliances from Samsung. The unit is of very modern luxury style. You will have access to the pool and pool deck where many of the residents hang out, play music, and sometimes have events. You will also have access to the gym which is 24/7 and there is plenty of equipment. On the first floor, in the lobby, there is a cafe that is open to all residents and also a full fine dining restaurant for residents. Concierge and security is also 24/7. I will be transferring over my lease. You are required to make 2.5x the rent per month. Rent is always due on the 1st of every month and is paid online in the portal.
