The shower is a spa-grade shower with multiple settings. There is a mud room going out into the backyard that features a doggy door. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities, including water, electricity, heat, sewer, and cable/wifi where needed. Tenant is also responsible for all yard care (snow removal, mowing and trimming, ect ) This is a 12 month lease (1 year) There is a $40 application fee per applicant, and this is for us to run background checks, sex offender searches, and landlord references.
