Leaving Madison at the end of January and looking for someone to take over my lease! Rent is technically $1330 (it's a big place!), but I'm subsidizing it. Also willing to sell some of my furniture (pictured) at a discounted rate. The apartment situated on Main and Bassett, a short walk from campus or the Capitol, and just a few blocks from the Brittingham Tennis Courts/dog park and Lake Monona. It's spacious with an open floor plan so that the kitchen looks out over the living room area (one of my favorite features). The bathroom has a pretty ginormous mirror, the oven preheats surprisingly quickly, and the sink has a garbage disposal. The complex is very well managed, and the few maintenance requests I've submitted have been promptly and thoroughly addressed. Underground parking is available for an additional $145/month. You'll be responsible for gas/electric and wifi (maybe $120/month all told? But I keep the place at a balmy 76..). The lease will run through 6/30. If you choose to renew past then, you'll be responsible for paying the standard rent past that point (1330)
