this mobile/ property(4 ac.) was in poor shape when we bought it. but we redeemed it,( it had sold for 249k in 2004 from repiping the entire home basically bringing everything up near new status. there are 5 sources of h2o .one of which is anew 5 gal/min well w all new equip. one other well has new 1000 gal holding tank and new pump/wire/ pipe in the hole. the shallow well well has no equip. but still produces. 2 springs have pumps w/ 500 and 1000 gal tanks and can function but are not being used. septic tank was pumped and system works well. the house has a new 8 x16 enclosed front porch, as well as an enclosed back porch. the heating has an all elec furnace w/ ducting through, w/ new wood heater and propane blue flame heater for back-up. the garage is 24x40( 8 x24 office insulated/ rocked/ heated), w/ 16x24 carport attached. also 12x 40 pole barn building in back w/ concrete slab and elec. also 4 tool sheds scattered throughout. as well as 3 pumphouses. the rv. (w/ hookups available) is 12X12x36 that we installed. all appliances except the d.w. are new.taxes are based on ATIMBER LOT/ FORSTERY keeping it in a lower taxing bracket.
