Parking pass is available for one vehicle but there is visitor parking right next to our building in the attached parking lot. Laundry is attached to the rental office which is right across from our building and uses a automatic prepaid laundry card. The bed room is roughly a 12 X 12 and the bathroom is a bit larger then our bathroom. The apartment is furnished but feel free to bring some furniture and I'm sure we can arrange around your needs.
