Propane gas grill with a table and chairs on the rear deck to enjoy your favorite BBQ meals. Currently the pool and backyard are not for tenant use but there are acres and acres of State Trust land right out the front door. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee pot and Keurig, dishwasher, Wolfe electric cooktop, full size refrigerator/freezer, a counter top oven that can bake/roast/toast and fit a 9x13 Pyrex dish, Air Fryer. Kitchen towels, dishes, and cookware is provided, along with bath towels and bedding. The master bedroom has a queen size pine bed, dressers and closet for plenty of storage. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, closet, dresser and small desk. There is a game room with a foosball table. (slot machines are not currently operable). The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower (no tub). There are 3 Smart TV's in the unit for you to log in to your paid subscription accounts via the Wifi. The floors are pine wood/carpet/and tile in the bathroom. Owner pays electric (AC and Heat), water, Wifi, trash, Tenant rental insurance policy. Unit is fully furnished. I have a "no pet"policy, however, I may allow one small well behaved dog on a case by case basis. There is 1 outdoor designated parking space with additional parking available if needed. Any usage above in excess of this amount will be billed to tenant at the end of the corresponding month. Rental price is based on 1-2 people. Any additional person is $200 more per month with a maximum occupancy of 3 people. Rental term is minimum 30 days up to a 3 month lease with the option to continue on a MONTH TO MONTH basis thereafter. Upfront 1 month rental security deposit and $300 cleaning fee. There may be an additional pet fee. No smoking inside the house but ok on the decks.
