    What's special

    For sale is a home built in November of 2015 on a nice level lot. It has had one renter live in it since built new. It has large baseboards, granite countertops, and tile in kitchen and baths. It also has composite flooring that looks like wood but is waterproof. It has a 7x7 maintenance free storage shed separate to house. This house was built well. The lot is 100 x 200 and there is ample room in the back to build a large workshop. It is very energy efficient with low maintenance hardi-plank used on all exterior surfaces. I am discounting the price of the house the 7% that would normally go to a real estate agent. It will appraise for more than the $124,900. The house will be available to see by appointment only until the end of June. Being only 3.5 years old, this house should have no system problems for a minimum of 10 years.
