We can close quickly! This wonderful house has the great relaxed feel of a mid-century modern home, but works for today. The cinder block walls and tile roof keeps it cool in the summer and holds the warmth in our short winters, so the AC bill isn't nuts. The pool is wonderful! About 28'x11' and deep on one end. The yard can be kept easy, or there are places for a nice garden. It's a nice big lot, 77' x 100'. You can walk or ride a bike to two different shopping centers, and drive to the beach in 15 minutes. The house is being sold as is, and I am interested in showing it to folks who have already qualified for their mortgage or are paying cash. It is a wonderful house, and can be moved into, or updated first. Some people think there is an issue if a house is FSBO.
