Great starter home! Recently had work done on the back half of the trailer by a professional electrician. Plummer recently came out to clear a clog. However, after that appointment, we didn't have enough funds to put the toilet back on. Toilet works great and we have the parts needed to put it back on except for the gasket. Plumbing works great. No electrical issues. May not be pretty outside but beautiful inside with tile all throughout. Worried about the tile cracking? We have extra tiles incase you're in need. Has one large storage shed and one small storage shed. The large one has tapping paper down, but will need roofed. The small shed does leak. House was roofed by previous owners about 4 years ago. Has spectrum connected wifi cables. House is heated by forced air. Last year we replaced the heating coil for the furnace. Our financial situation recently changed and that's why we are selling.
