If renter cancels the lease prior to the end of the first year, the last month rent is forfeited. Tenant can either sign for another year after the duration of the first year lease. No smoking inside the house. Pets will be considered. Indoor garage parking as well as outside parking available. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the outside of the property. $50 fee for each time the yard must be cut by landlord. Landlord will cut the grass if over 6 inches.
