When you hop in the car, it's an easy 10-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. The open-concept layout has over 1300 sq feet and with 3 bedrooms and closets throughout. Friendly neighbors live on all sides. Tenant pays for all utilities and maintains yard, with the exception of trash which is included. Pets will considered on a case-by-case basis with additional pet deposit of $500, half of which is refundable upon move-out, and monthly pet rent of $25 per animal. This property is located near my personal home, so I'm especially looking for respectful, honest tenants who will care for the house and treat neighbors respectfully.
