The house features hardwood floors, ceiling fans in every room but the kitchen, a huge backyard with a storage shed, a single car carport, an outdoor laundry room (located in carport between units= no laundry machine noise), a fridge, oven and 4 burner stovetop, microwave, and yard maintenance is taken care of. The landlord is a really nice guy looking for responsible tenants that will make sure to take care of the unit and will not give you any hassles. I live in the unit on the left side of the house and have loved living here for the past year.
