Back yard has a large pool and hot tub. Yard is fully fenced, landscaped with mature, shady ficus trees, a covered and uncovered patio area for bbq/entertaining, a basketball hoop and two mature citrus trees that produce fruit in the spring. Parking is uncovered, but driveway spot would be yours. Wonderful neighbors on a very quiet street. Hardwood floors and tile throughout the home, both bathrooms are brand new renovated bathroom with a soaking tub. Lots of closet space and outdoor storage with space for bikes/camping gear, hobby equipment, etc. Home is a single story, mid-century style, on a large corner lot. Its located on a golf course, within an HOA, with access to playgrounds and two community pools. Walking distance to Indian Wells tennis, and just a 5-minute drive to La Quinta, and Palm Desert. I work full time during the week and spend weekends out of town, so you would often have house mostly to yourself. Flexible on length. Refundable damage deposit.
