My friend is moving out of his 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at the Belmont. He hopes to be moved out by 8/10 - 8/15. His move out date is negotiable though so if you need it sooner or later, that's manageable. If you're not familiar with the Belmont, it's one of the closest apartment complexes to Duke with the added bonus of affordability.
