Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed This bedroom is on the upper right side of the house and offers a Queen Bed and in room small pedestal sink / mirror. There is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower located just outside the bedroom. Loft Area - Queen Bed & Twin Bed The loft area is located directly above the kitchen and overlooks the main living room. It offers a Queen Bed and Twin Bed and is a great spillover area for kids or a few additional guests who aren't seeking maximum privacy. The loft area shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Available for ski lease from December 1 forward. - Rent is $4,925 per month - Seeking a 5 month lease term. - All furnishings, utilities, internet and driveway snow removal included in the rental price. - Tenants to assume cost of electricity and gas (utilities placed in tenant's name through lease term). - Seeking a responsible group who will take good care of the property!
