I hate this lot and would not have bought it if I had known that both my neighbors were to install swimming pools. Not only that, one of the swimming pool pumps was installed next to my master bedroom, another source of noise. Also, another house was built across the back side of my lot and its patio is right opposite my patio. Also my house is vulnerable to traffic noise speeders. There is no escaping outside noise anywhere in my house if you have inconsiderate neighbors. Worst lot of the 25 houses in this neighborhood.
