There are currently only 8 homes in this subdivision. It has lake, waterfall and woods views. This neighborhood is very centrally located being only 5 minutes to North Park, 15 minutes to east side, 15 minutes to west side of Evansville. It's extremely quiet since there are few small children. My backyard is frequented by squirrels and birds. Deer show up to graze many evenings or early mornings. Walking in this neighborhood is very safe and often I don't see a single car on my walk. There are common areas which include grassy areas, a gazebo, the lake and waterfall. HOA dues are $100/month. The subdivision has only one entrance making it exceptionally quiet and private.
